After 10 years of research, development and endurance testing, we put the #sevenclubgame through its paces: in summer 2022, we tested the first seven performance clubs under real conditions at the Real Golf de Bendinat in Mallorca. Our “Groove Days” had a very clear theme: proof of the #sevenclubgame.
“The ‘Groove Days’ were one of the most important milestones in our start-up’s history – we were finally able to get our seven clubs on the course.”
– Roger Stadler
Hola, Mallorca!
With great anticipation and high expectations, we set off for Mallorca in summer 2022. In our luggage: the seven clubs of our golf club set. Our team, consisting of the founding duo, employees, key partners in the areas of golf, development and design, amateur players of all abilities and a teaching pro, was ready for the ultimate test. The focus was on the forgiveness of the clubs, their performance on different ground conditions and the question of whether the set was well-rounded and had no gaps.
Long live the #sevenclubgame
But it was about much more than just club performance. We also wanted to prove that simplifying and reducing the club selection increases the fun of the game and relieves the players. Our claim “7>14” – the belief that the right seven clubs are worth more than 14 – was also put to the test. After several intensive rounds of golf in wind and rain, we were proud to announce: the #sevenclubgame works and impressively confirms our claim. This marked a significant milestone for our company and ushered in a new era in golf.
